After removing any standing water, debris, and existing vapor barrier, we locate the lowest part of the crawl space and install the basin and a high-quality cast-iron pump from Liberty Pumps. We then install the French drain system by trenching around the perimeter of the crawl space, install pipe, and fill the trenches with lava rock to avoid any clogging from dirt and mud.
